Firstly, remember that you can only play cross-platform with the ones who are your friends on your Epic account. In order to play on cross-platform, you all should have ana account on Epicgames.com. PC and mobile users already have their accounts made. 

Note that the player in your squad at the peak of the list in the lobby you will matchmake into. In case, there’s a mobile player, a PS4 player, and a PC player, you will have to play against the PC players. 

If you are a console player, you will need a PC or Mac to complete your registration. Simply download the EPIC launcher, complete registration, and log into your account. 

Now press the silhouette now the top right and put in your friend’s Epic username or email and press OK. Follow the same procedure to invite all your friends. 

After you have done the above steps just click the silhouette and select ‘join party’ to enter the lobby.
