Method 1: Kill three Plagas-Head enemies simultaneously with a flash grenade
While battling a Ganado, enemies may reanimate with Plagas-heads. (AKA the swinging, spiked tendrils sprouting from where their noggin used to be.) The flashbang quickly kills these dangerous foes. Killing three at once earns the “Shield Your Eyes” prize.
This way works, but three Plagas-headed enemies rarely spawn at once, making the first method for the trophy/achievement harder.
Method 2: Kill crows with a flash grenade
Throwing a flash grenade at the murder of crows in Chapter 3 at the Quarry is the fastest way to get the “Shield Your Eyes” trophy/achievement. Flash grenades can be found in Resident Evil 4 or crafted using the crafting method, five gunpowder, and one “Resource (L)”.
Take a flare grenade to the quarry. Behind the open gate is the quarry. From the gate, you can see many crows in the quarry’s open area. Flash bomb. Throw them into the unwary flock, and BANG! The “Shield Your Eyes” trophy/achievement will be added to your Resident Evil 4 Remake platform after the flash grenade bursts, killing all crows.
