How to connect PS4 Controller to iPhone and iPad
Not many games can be played with a PS4 controller on an iPhone, but those that can are unquestionably better experienced with one. The process of connecting a gamepad to a PlayStation 4 is very similar to that of attaching a controller to a computer. Finding the Bluetooth settings to be the best place to begin is a general rule of thumb.
When paired with an iOS device, the PS4 controller can be used with Steam Link, Nvidia GeForce, Xbox Game Pass, and other streaming services.
Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings page to get started using your PS4 controller. By swiping down from the top of the screen, you may access the search function. Simply entering “Bluetooth” will lead us to the appropriate page.
Next, hold the controller’s Share and PS buttons simultaneously. The pairing process will start at this point. You may then connect to it by waiting for it to appear on the Bluetooth page. Even if you’ve successfully associated your controller over Bluetooth, you still won’t be able to utilize it within iOS’s native menus. Only while actually playing the games will it be functional.
