How to upload a base to the Utopia Project
Establish a base before uploading to the Utopia Project. Foundation is your first Expedition Milestone. If you haven’t yet, place a Base Computer from your inventory. Register the base with the base computer.
Your next step depends on your first milestone. To finish ground control, use the base computer and choose Upload Base. Return to this Milestone after completing Foundation.
This uploads your base to the Utopia Project. Milestone completion should follow. The Expedition menu has 100 Paraffinium, a pre-packaged advanced mining laser unit, and the Geobay blueprint pack.
