Steps to Complete the Ballad of Rikky Rex
Rikky wants to make a zombie apocalypse soundtrack to return to ancient ways. That means another fetch mission amid LA’s zombie streets. The sword at the end of the line is a decapitator, therefore it’s worth it. An overview of the quest steps follows:
- Head uphill to Rikky’s to get Chopper
- Chopper’s upstairs! Rikky said to head up through the kitchen
- Blast some tunes to draw out Rikky’s bandmate Misha
- Break up the band!
- Swipe the kitchen key dropped by Misha
- There’s the key. Let yourself upstairs to find Chopper
- Fight your way upstairs!
- Find Chopper
- Bring Rikky’s trusty Chopper back
That’s several steps. Let’s begin.
Head uphill to Rikky’s to get Chopper
Jump over Rikky’s gate and head south to Jesse’s enormous home. You probably saw zombies above your level when you visited the residence. Now that we’re further along, you should be able to manage them.
Chopper’s upstairs! Rikky said to head up through the kitchen
After entering the gate, continue the walk to the pool at the back of the house. The home is locked and barred if you enter through the glass entrance. Unfortunately, Gods and Whiskey vocalist Misha has the key. Her bandmates are zombies, too. We must attract them.
Blast some tunes to draw out Rikky’s bandmate Misha
The stage has a Gods and Whiskey background. Start the music in the DJ booth in front. Prepare for a zombie horde.
Break up the Band!
A zombie mosh pit will appear in seconds. One band member per horde. The guitarist, bassist, drummer (Crusher), and Misha (Screamer) will play in order.
The mission restarts if you leave, and the mobs keep spawning, making this difficult. A constant puddle in the middle of the floor is ideal for electrical weapon misuse. Misha enjoys standing in puddles too. I could shock and tickle her since she constantly stayed near the water. The key will fall when she falls.
There’s the key. Let yourself upstairs to find Chopper
Unlock the door in the living room with the key. The second part of the house is full of zombies, including two Brusters. Kick the bursters over or utilize projectiles to make life simpler.
Find Chopper
Head upstairs after clearing the floor. Rikky’s room is beside the stairs and locked. A mixing studio is left. Rikky’s mixing studio contains a balcony and an audio diary.
Walk around the balcony to the second bedroom and out the glass doors onto another balcony. Fortunately, it leads to Rikky’s chamber. The closet holds Chopper. Nice guitar. Grab it for a jump fright.
Bring rikky’s trusty Chopper back
Return to Rikky’s with Chopper. Naturally, a couple more Apex zombies block your route. Mostly crushes and slobbers. After handling both, climb the hill and leap the fence to give Rikky the stuff. He’ll be happy and gift you O-Kami and Whiskey. His sword’s Agility and Maiming are great.
