Head to Farouk’s house and find the note by the pool
We’ll start at Farouk’s pool. Rikki’s producer, Farouk, owns the Hills mansion on the map’s north and right. Rikki’s neighbor. We’ll have to climb onto his white automobile by the pool to enter his house.

Go to the GOAT Pen in Bel-Air
Haha, did you expect to see more Hills Pools? Because of this mission description? You’re wrong. The pizza float is in Bel-Air, so take the GOAT Pen or walk to the pool.
Head straight out the back to locate Obi beside the pool. He was on the left with a Crusher. Kill Obi whatever you like, but he transmits electricity well. After he retires as a pool boy, you can take his keys and return to Rikky and Roxy’s house.
Unlock the suitcase in the pool
Return to Rikk and Roxy’s residence to locate the luggage in the pool. Unlock it for a level-scaled Officer’s Sword with a rare electrical mod.
