How to beat Xielong
At Luoyang, you meet Xielong, a huge dragon. You’ll approach a location where an invisible force pours lightning. After you locate the refuge and glance around, you’ll see a dragon producing the electric showers. It’s on a burning building’s roof.

To beat Xielong, you must negotiate a series of hallways and climb a ladder to a sheltered platform. You can then fire weak ice spells from that platform without fear of punishment.
A lightning downpour greets you after going through a large opening. Each bolt damages your life meter if it hits, but a yellow light precedes it. To plant a flag, run ahead and turn right. That way, you won’t have to go far if your next attempt fails.
On your trip to the next safe spot, you must fight or dodge enemies. Certain pathways are obstructed by fire. Climb the scaffolding and jump over the flames. Save time by “running” up ladders. For orientation, you’re traveling in a square region. Cross it diagonally to reach the corner opposite the flag.
You can climb a ladder in the corner to reach a secure platform. Dragon lightning is blocked by its roof. Use your ice magic in peace until your target leaves (it could take a while). The “Heroes Shall Rise” accomplishment and credit for avenging the dragon’s next victim will be yours.
