“Horrorscope – Jacob Batalon, Alana Boden, and More star cast in new Film”
In a soon-to-be released movie version of the graphic novel Horrorscope, Jacob Batalon, Alana Boden, Adain Bradley, and Avantika are all expected to play the lead roles.
The graphic novel, which was published in 2021, is a remake of a 2014 book by Brian Evans, Mark Andrew Blitz, and Helen Marie Bousquet. In Horrorscope, a group of college mates have their horoscopes read and start passing away in ways that correspond to their fortunes. The group must then determine whether there is anything they can do to prevent this.
According to Deadline, filming is anticipated to start this fall. Anna Halberg and Spenser Cohen, who will both be making their directorial debuts, wrote the script for the movie.
As Ned Leeds, the closest friend of Tom Holland’s Peter Parker/Spider-Man, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Batalon is best renowned for his performance. Alongside Kevin Hart, Batalon will produce and play the title role of Reginald Baskin in Syfy’s upcoming Reginald the Vampire and the Netflix heist thriller Lift.
