The first step is to reach the Central Starskiff Haven Starwatcher Avenue Space Anchor through teleportation. Once you’ve done that, head over to the Jeweler’s Pagoda and take a closer look at the shiny object sitting on the counter. A book titled “On Travel: Arriving at the Xianzhou” is all the man has to offer because he lacks anything of value. The game isn’t quite as miserly, though, and will award you with 10 Stellar Jades, 10 Strale, and 5,000 Credits.
