Hogwarts Legacy – How to get more Gear Slots
Despite its shallowness compared to the most in-depth RPGs, Hogwarts Legacy does provide a rewarding system that lets players create a witch or wizard that fits their preferences. Gear in Hogwarts Legacy may be used to increase your character’s stats and make them more resistant to even the most dangerous magical attacks, but it comes with a catch: you only have so many slots to store your gear. Here’s how to get more inventory space in Hogwarts Legacy if you’re having this problem.
Hogwarts Legacy – How to get more Gear Slots
If you want to increase your gear slots, you’ll have to go through the Trials of Merlin, which will test your magical abilities to the limit. Completing the Trials of Merlin will increase your equip slots, allowing you to collect more items.
When you first begin your adventure in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll see that you may only bring eight items of each type of gear with you. There’s a cap of twenty, and getting there requires achieving specific benchmarks in the Trails of Merlin, such as completing two Trails, and so on.
After completing the first two Trials of Merlin, go to the Challenges section of your Field Guide to claim your reward. If you don’t do it, you won’t get the bonus slots.
Guide to Taking Part in Trials of Merlin
The Trials of Merlin are a series of tests throughout the game that will put your abilities to the test in different ways. You need to talk to Nora Treadwell and finish the mission associated with these competitions before you may start taking part in them. To begin the trials, though, you’ll need Mallowsweet, which may be acquired from merchants or cultivated in the Room of Requirement.
