Where to find Agabus Philbert’s Book of Poems
A Basis for Blackmail is one of Natty’s quests. This follows Natty’s main gate-opening quest. This quest requires you to talk to several NPCs who lost or were stolen. Agabus requires his Book of Poetry. Natty will disappear later in the quest, and you’ll have to track her to an underground lair in the Hog’s Head cellar.
Once inside, you will see the objective for the Book of Poetry appear. The main hideaway chamber has the Book of Poetry. After defeating all adversaries in the chamber, look to the left of the enormous circular item in the middle. See a chest-shaped bar. The Book of Poems can be found inside the chest.

Where to find Otto Dibble’s Love Letter
Otto Dibble’s Love Letter, like the Book of Poetry, is in the hideout’s first chamber. When entering the room, move to the right instead of the center. Beyond the boxes and cages is a stairway. Two chests are on a platform and to the left of the stairs. Get the Love Letter from the platform chest. Return both items to their owners later in the mission.
