Harry & Meghan Documentary Series: Where, When to watch, Trailer, and Is it worth it?
A little palace intrigue is always fun. The English royal family, in particular, has long been a source of interest. The public has been curious to learn everything there is to know about the dysfunctional family of the monarchy, from Henry VIII’s unfortunate spouses to Princess Margaret and her numerous scandalous escapades. The late Princess Diana and her two children, Prince William and Prince Harry, were the most well-known and fascinating of all.
The latter’s union with American actress Meghan Markle appeared to herald the beginning of a new, happier, and more inclusive era for the British royal family. But it was not to be, and the disenfranchised couple is now prepared to share their tale following an unpleasant breakup with their royal relatives. When does Harry & Meghan premiere, and where can you stream it? It promises to uncover many secrets from England’s most exclusive institution.
Where can you watch Harry and Meghan?
Go to Netflix, where the six-episode documentary series will stream in an exclusive run, to hear Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s side of the tale, including how Harry and William’s relationship soured and how alone she felt while living at Buckingham Palace. Netflix is still regarded as one of the original pioneers in the streaming industry. Thousands of hours of movies and television are available through the membership service.
Some of the most watched television programs in the world, such as Wednesday, The Crown, and The Watcher, may be found in Netflix’s original programming. Blockbusters like The Gray Man and Red Notice, prestige dramas like The Power of the Dog and The Irishman, and romantic comedies like Purple Hearts and The Kissing Booth have all been part of Netflix’s original film schedule in recent years.
When will subscribers be able to access it?
There will be two volumes of Harry & Meghan, each with its own publishing date. On December 8, streaming for the first volume, which consists of the first three episodes, will begin. A week later, on December 15, Volume 2, which contains the final three episodes, will be available.
Is it worth it?
Your answer will depend on your personal interests and the lessons you hope to learn from the documentary series. The series doesn’t seem to be the kind of tawdry exposé that generally goes along with media about the British royal family and is directed by renowned documentary filmmaker Liz Garbus (who was nominated for Oscars for her work on The Farm: Angola, USA, and What Happened, Miss Simone?). There appears to be an air of credibility surrounding the documentaries because Harry and Meghan are personally in charge of them.
Even nonetheless, the project’s status as a bombshell is undeniable. The couple’s interview with Orpah Winfrey in 2021 hinted at some of the accusations and secrets they promised to reveal, and the response to it will undoubtedly result in a circus that could cloud the entire situation. It doesn’t help that public support for the British monarchy is at an all-time high as a result of Queen Elizabeth II’s recent demise and the throne ascension of Harry’s father, King Charles III. Although there will undoubtedly be some negative reactions to this series, many people will undoubtedly talk about it in the coming weeks. Netflix will release Harry & Meghan Volume 1 on December 8 and Volume 2 on December 15.
