Forza Horizon 5 will be available in less than a week, Check all Cars on Offer

The latest instalment of Microsoft’s open-world arcade racer, developed once again by the UK’s Playground Games, is almost here, with over 500 cars on offer.

More than three years after the last full-fledged title, a new Forza game is on the way, with the fifth instalment in UK developer Playground Games and American behemoth Microsoft’s open-world Horizon franchise set to release in the coming days.

Forza Horizon 5 was revealed at the E3 gaming conference in June, and it brings the franchise’s signature ‘Horizon Festival’ to sunny Mexico – following earlier games in the UK, Australia, Southern Europe, and the US – with a variety of diverse environments to explore, races and events to complete, and an open-world map that is 50% larger than that of Forza Horizon 4.

When it launches on November 9 (or November 5 for the $150 Premium Edition), Forza Horizon 5 will have one of the largest launch car lists of any Horizon game, with 504 cars – though post-launch updates and expansions should see that count rise to around 750 by the end of the game’s life.

While the majority of the vehicles on offer are familiar to fans of the series, there are a few new additions for Horizon 5, including the Mercedes-AMG One and Lotus Evija hypercars, the Porsche Taycan Turbo S electric sedan, and the 2021 Ford Bronco and Land Rover Defender off-roaders.

There’s even a return of the iconic DeLorean DMC-12, as well as the massive 2020 Ford F-450 Super Duty DRW Platinum pickup truck

For those who purchased the $150 Premium Edition, Forza Horizon 5 will be available on November 5, 2021, while those who purchased the $130 Deluxe or $100 Standard Editions will have to wait until November 9, 2021.

Pre-order now and the game will be available for pre-loading before the title becomes available at midnight in your time zone.

It will be available on Xbox consoles and Windows 10 PCs, as before, with support for everything from the latest Xbox Series X and S consoles to the original 2013 Xbox One. For PC users, there’s even the option of downloading from the Microsoft Store or Steam.
