Survey Skins in Fortnite
We know that Epic Games is working on 25 Survey Skins for future release because of the efforts of data miners and leakers. Several of these are reimaginings of already established characters or skins, such as Meowscles and Chigusa, thus they aren’t entirely brand new.
You can see for yourself which skins will be actual in the future thanks to this tweet from @SentinelCentral, which compiles the list of skins from other leakers.

Fortnite: How to Get Survey Skins
There is currently no way to tell if or when these skins will become available.
Most of them will probably be added to the Item Shop where players can buy them with V-Bucks, but that’s not the only option.
Any of the aforementioned skins might also be made available as event rewards or Fortnite Crew skins.
