You can find ODM Gear in chests or as loot on the ground. The new Scout Regiment Footlocker boxes may be found all over the landscape, and they have a higher drop rate.
Since a Scout Regiment Footlocker chest constantly spawns in Jaeger’s family basement in Anvil Square, players have a larger chance of discovering this weapon there than in any other location, since ODM Gear spawns are otherwise random.
