“Fallout’ – ‘Kyle MacLachlan’ Joins Prime Video’s Series”
The cast of Prime Video’s Fallout series has expanded with the addition of Kyle MacLachlan, Xelia Mendes-Jones, and Aaron Moten.
The three will have recurring roles in the show, according to Variety. The most well-known name on the list is probably Kyle MacLachlan, who is well-known for his appearances in Twin Peaks, Portlandia, and Desperate Housewives. Mendes-Jones is set to star in the upcoming Netflix movie Havoc, while Moten most recently appeared with Mark Wahlberg in Father Stu.
Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner will serve as the showrunners for the television series Fallout, which is set in the 1940s following a nuclear war. Wagner has worked as an executive producer on Portlandia, Silicon Valley, and Baskets, while Robertson-Dworet has written for Captain Marvel and the 2018 Tomb Raider movie. The premiere will be helmed by director Jonathan Nolan.
Interplay Productions introduced the Fallout series in 1997 for the PC. However, after Bethesda launched Fallout 3 for consoles and PC in 2008, giving it an ambitious action twist similar to its The Elder Scrolls fantasy games, its popularity skyrocketed. Since then, Fallout 4, Fallout 76, a multiplayer-focused game, and Fallout Shelter for mobile devices have all been released.
Another fantasy or science fiction show for the streaming behemoth is Fallout. Since The Wheel of Time made its historic debut on Prime Video, the business has already announced episodes from The Lord of the Rings, Blade Runner, and Mass Effect.
