Elvis Presley’s Daughter Singer Lisa Marie Presley Dies At 54
Lisa Marie Presley, the only daughter of rock ‘n’ roll king Elvis Presley, passed away on Thursday at a hospital in the Los Angeles region, her mother said.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla Presley stated in a statement. Age 54 has been attributed to Lisa Marie Presley.
“She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss,” the supplemented statement.
TMZ reports that Lisa Marie Presley collapsed and died of cardiac arrest at her Calabasas, California, home. The next day, on Thursday, she was sent to the hospital.
She entered the world in 1968, and she inherited her famous father’s Memphis estate, Graceland. When Elvis Presley died in 1977 at Graceland, she was nine years old.
“To Whom It May Concern” was her first album, released in 2003. The 2005 follow-up, “Now What,” again did well on the Billboard 200, peaking at number 10.
In 2012, they dropped their third studio album, titled “Storm and Grace.”
The woman tied the knot four times. She divorced guitarist Danny Keough and wed pop singer Michael Jackson 20 days later in 1994.
When Jackson was facing child abuse claims, the famous couple split up in 1996.
In 2002, Presley wed Nicholas Cage, an actor who had been a big supporter of her father. It took four months, but Cage eventually divorced his wife.
They tied the knot for the fourth time when she wed her guitarist/music producer Michael Lockwood. In 2021, they completed their split up.
In 2020, at age 27, her sole son, Benjamin Keough, passed away. Their 33-year-old daughter, Riley Keough, is an actress.
She also has two kids, 14-year-old twins named Harper and Finley Lockwood.
