Doja Cat slams Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp for sharing private DMs calling it snake sh*t
Actor Noah Schnapp from the Stranger Things series has come under fire from Doja Cat for publishing private DMs between the two of them, calling it “snake sh*t.” In recent years, Stranger Things has grown to be one of the most popular shows in the world, with millions of Netflix subscribers around the globe finding delight in the tiny made-up town of Hawkins, Indiana. Because of this, when the first season debuted, the principal characters were no older than 14 years old. Since then, they have grown up in the spotlight, becoming big celebrities in their own right and mixing with famous figures from music, film, and other industries.
In a now-deleted viral TikTok, Will Byers on the popular sitcom, played by Schnapp, shared private DMs with Doja Cat, sparking outrage online. In the film, Schnapp displays some of the texts he exchanged with the number-one artist, who hinted that she wanted to get into his Direct Messages (DMs) by asking Eddie Munson actor Joseph Quinn if he was single.
Doja took to TikTok Live shortly after, clearly frustrated by the situation, saying: “I’m just going to say something right now, about the whole f**ing Noah Schnapp thing. Like Noah is a kid, I don’t even know how old he is, but he can’t be over … there’s no way he’s over 21,” she continued of the 17-year-old actor. “But when you’re that young, you make mistakes. You do dumb sht. But the fact that Noah did that, like went and posted a private conversation between me and him is so unbelievably socially unaware and wack. That’s like borderline snake sht, that’s like weasel sht.
