In Diablo 4, players from all around the server can band together to knock down a massive boss and reap the rewards of their efforts. One caveat is that the Global Boss only makes appearances at specific periods. This idea is first introduced in the Diablo 4 beta by the plague-carrying beast Ashava. If you want to know how to defeat this beast in the few time you have, we’ve got you covered with a guide on How to Beat Ashava Boss in the Diablo 4.
Diablo 4: Location of Ashava
The Crucible, a level 25 zone west of Kyovashad and north-northwest of the closest teleport waypoint in Yelesna, is where you’ll find Ashava. A timer and potential prizes will appear on a marker at that spot half an hour before Ashava is scheduled to arrive.
Throughout the Early Access Beta and the Open Beta, Ashava only appears at certain periods. After the monster showed up an hour late the first time owing to a daylight saving time error, Blizzard changed the spawn times it had provided.

Ashava is a challenging foe with a huge health bar and a short time restriction of only 15 minutes. The encounter’s party size requirement is higher than usual, but you should still bring your whole group so that you may heal and assist one another. Moreover, it is the hardest monster in the beta, necessitating that all players be at maximum level before attempting to defeat it.

Whether you’re using a close combat or ranged class, you’ll need to keep moving since the boss will begin the fight with headbutts, broad cutting blows with its blade arms, and ground pounds. Pools of poison will be spat into the ground as well, so avoid these or rush right over them if you can.
Because Ashava lacks any discernible vulnerabilities, you are free to use your powers anywhere you see fit on its body. In the middle, it will stick its arms into the ground and pull itself towards you, thus close-combat characters should aim to stay behind it.
Keep evading its blows and hammering away at it. You can probably defeat the monster before the timer runs out if you’re patient and factor in dying a few times before your health bar completely depletes.
