Destiny 2: How to Unlock Every Halo Weapon
Bungie has incorporated various weapons inspired by prior Halo games, which players can earn in-game. These weapons aren’t called after their Halo inspirations, but they feel very similar. For example, the Exotic Forerunner Sidearm in Destiny 2 is based on the Halo: Combat Evolved Magnum.
The BXR-55 Battler, Half-Truths, The Other Half, and the Retraced Path are all available in Destiny 2. The BXR-55 Pulse Rifle is based on the Battle Rifle from Halo 2, while the Arc and Void swords are based on the Energy Sword. Finally, the Retraced Path is Destiny 2’s first Legendary Trace Rifle, inspired by Halo: Reach’s Focus Rifle.
Fortunately, all players in Destiny 2’s free-to-play modes get access to this Halo weaponry. Complete the new Dares of Eternity task in Destiny 2 during Bungie’s 30th Anniversary event to acquire these Halo weapons. At Dares of Eternity, six players face off in two levels of difficulty. Players will be partnered randomly in Astral Alignment mode. In legendary mode, players must assemble their own team and reach the recommended power level of 1320.
