Destiny 2: Guide to To Complete the Icy Singularity Challenge
Destiny 2’s ninth week of Season of the Seraph has begun, and with it comes the introduction of all new seasonal challenges. Some players have been confused by the Icy Singularity challenge because of the way the name is worded. As a result, overcoming this obstacle has been a little more difficult than expected. Let’s talk about beating the Icy Singularity challenge in Destiny 2 now.
Guide of Destiny 2’s “Icy Singularity” Challenge
This challenge in Gambit requires you to win against a set number of opponents who are under the “effects” of Void or Stasis. Here’s where things become murky; “effect” might signify different things depending on context. In any case, we’re here to make it clear that they refer to skills in particular. As a result, a set number of foes with the Void or Stasis abilities are required to accomplish the challenge in Gambit. The average number of adversaries you’ll need to use your talents to beat is around 50.
The process can be sped up by eliminating “invading” Guardians using Void or Stasis powers. But if you’re the one invading the other side, this doesn’t hold true. This includes situations where an opposing Guardian is invading your field and you unleash a Void Super, such as a Nova Bomb, to eliminate them.
However, using a Nova Bomb in an unauthorised invasion of the other team will not qualify as a successful completion of the mission. Without that, a Void Warlock with a Grenade build should have little trouble completing the task at hand.
