Welcome to our guide of “Crystar: How To Fight Therion?”. After beating Unknown Alpha & Beta, Crystar is set to unveil the Chapter’s real boss, Therion. The previous bosses have been tacky and overly easy. Therion will be here to serve. Therion is Unknown Alpha & Beta merged, and he looks tough. He’s big, has lots of attacks, becomes stronger over time, and has a massive health pool. Your team is now completely accessible, so you can fight this raging demon hound hit for hit.

What are Therion’s attacks?
Until now, bosses have had from one to three strikes, favoring the former. Therion has roughly five attacks, unlike other bosses. These attacks are generally similar, and some substitute others depending on his HP, yet Therion is the genuine deal. Therion doesn’t waste time either. Therion possesses a dash strike that might catch you off surprise. Also, staying too close to Therion might cause massive AOE damage.
When you’re too far off from Therion, he instead will launch 3 chains which harm & slow you. Inflicting Slow & tough to avoid chains from the sky as his health depletes. His last assault is a missile grid that must be avoided at all costs. Not enough? Therion can and will summon help to make this battle even tougher. If you don’t deal with him right away, he’ll call two Aporia Alphas that launch projectiles. You’ll need to stay alert, handle the crowd, plus learn Therion’s tendencies if you intend to survive.
How to fight Therion in Crystar?
Stay away from Therion and shoot him till he dies. Remain far away from him. Whenever he attacks from afar, dodge. Since Therion seems to have plenty of HP to burn, keep pressing. You must focus on Aporia Alpha anytime Therion calls them. They don’t cause any damage, yet they can get you stuck inside the chain of hit stuns which can kill you if Therion strikes at the same moment. Use your boosting goods and activate your Guardian frequently to enhance your damage & damage resistance. As the fight progresses, you will need to adjust your positioning more frequently to avoid Therion’s assaults. After Therion dies, you can go onto a next chapter. The next bosses will be Therion-styled, so expect a difficulty increase.
