Christine Brown star of Sister Wives criticises Kody Brown for having a favourite wife amid their separation
In a preview clip for the upcoming season 17 premiere of Sister Wives, Christine Brown says her now-estranged husband Kody Brown has a “favourite wife.”
Christine, 50, said in the programme airing on September 11 that “I think he has a favourite wife and that’s why all of this is like it is, And apparently, I’m not treating her well enough.”
Robyn’s been criticised for being Kody’s preferred wife, and viewers have seen her fight with her sisters.
Christine made this accusation after having what quickly escalated into an argument with Kody, 53.
The mother of six said to Kody, “You are not interested in an intimate marriage with me, I’m not interested in intimate marriage with you anymore, even if you said at this point, we could have intimacy again, I wouldn’t believe it for a second.”

Christine said that she felt “displaced” from her multiple marriage, despite her earlier description of it as “awesome” when she felt “secure and had an important place.”
“I felt hopeless. Yes, I got jealous for the first time ever,” she admitted.
“Stop pointing the blame at me. You and I have intimacy and love in the relationship. I’m sorry it’s conditional based upon being part of a plural family,” Kody shot back. “Even if you said you liked plural marriage, you would be devoted to it — I wouldn’t believe it for a second.”
Kody’s third wife, Christine, is the eldest of his four spouses. She told him she was leaving in November of 2021. After divorcing Meri Brown and wanting to adopt Robyn’s three children from a previous relationship, Kody married Robyn Brown in 2014. He is still married to Meri, 50, and Janelle Brown, his first wife.
Christine continued her private confession by saying, “To think that my value as a human being is contingent upon how you feel I’m treating other people, you don’t find me attractive, I think you’re looking for excuses,”
Christine fled the Coyote Pass property in Arizona before the polygamous family announced their split. Christine resold her piece of the Coyote Pass land to her ex-husband and Robyn’s (43), sister wife, on August 9, 2022, for $10, as reported.
