“Chris Hemsworth – Confirmed he will continue to play Thor in the MCU for fans”
Chris Hemsworth stated that he does not regard Thor: Love and Thunder as his final film as the God of Thunder in a prior interview conducted in 2020. Hemsworth was recently questioned by AP regarding the future of his Marvel Cinematic Universe before the imminent release of Taika Waititi’s planned Thor sequel. The Australian blockbuster star continued by reiterating his dedication to the MCU and saying that, unless the studio and the audience decide otherwise, he intends to continue portraying Thor.
Hemsworth declared, “I’ve always loved the experience. “Every time I’ve been invited to return, I’ve responded, “Absolutely, let’s go. I was fortunate to work with a variety of directors, writers, and cast members that brought in fresh ideas and energy into the movies I’ll continue to appear until the viewers, the fans, and the Marvel gods say, “No, we’ve had enough.” My favourite. MCU alums Chris Hemsworth as the God of Thunder, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, who is now assuming the mantle of the Mighty Thor and will be wielding the famous Mjolnir, can all be seen in the movie Thor: Love and Thunder. Oscar-winning actor Christian Bale will also be returning to the superhero genre as he takes on the character of Gorr the God Butcher, a villain.

The sequel to Waititi’s Thor: Ragnarok, Thor: Love and Thunder, is once again being directed by him (Jojo Rabbit) from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jennifer Kaytin Robinson (Someone Great).
