    Bullet Train: Synopsis

Brad Pitt plays Ladybug, an unlucky assassin wanting to finish his job peacefully after one too many gigs gone wrong,” the revised synopsis states. “Fate, on the other hand, may have other ideas, as Ladybug’s current mission places him on a collision course with lethal foes from all over the world — all with related but opposing goals – on the world’s fastest train. “The end of the line is only the beginning in a chaotic, nonstop thrill journey through modern-day Japan,” says David Leitch, director of Deadpool 2.

    Bullet Train: Cast

Bullet Train is based on Isaka Kotaro’s Japanese novel Maria Beetle and directed by David Leitch (Deadpool 2) from a script written by Zak Olkewicz (Fear Street). Brad Pitt, Andrew Koji, Joey King, Brian Tyree Henry, Michael Shannon, Hiroyuki Sanada, Bad Bunny, Masi Oka, Zazie Beetz, Logan Lerman, Karen Fukuhara, and Sandra Bullock feature in the film.

    Other details

Leitch and Kelly McCormick, along with Antoine Fuqua and Kat Samick, are producing Bullet Train through their firm 87North. Kotaro’s Ryosuke Saegusa and Yuma are executive producers, with Sony Pictures’ Brittany Morrissey overseeing the project.
