Biggie’s daughter posts $1 million bond for boyfriend arrested for hit-and-run
The Notorious B.I.G.’s daughter reportedly paid $1 million bond for her boyfriend earlier this month after he was involved in a hit-and-run.
After Tyshawn Baldwin was jailed for an accident that wounded three people—including a woman and her toddler—T’yanna Wallace reportedly put up the money for him.
Baldwin’s attempted escape from police on August 10th occurred after a routine traffic stop in Queens. Baldwin turned himself in to police six days later, and Judge Scott Dunn ordered him to be jailed on a $1 million bond; however, less than 24 hours later, Wallace bailed him out.
It has been alleged that Wallace used bail bondsman Ira Judelson and her $1.5 million Brooklyn house to secure Baldwin’s bond at the Queens Criminal Court.
Baldwin’s 2021 Durango SRT Hellcat was involved in the crash after police pulled it over for allegedly blocking an intersection, emitting excessive noise, and having illegally tinted windows. He gave the authorities the information they requested, including his licence and registration, but they soon discovered that his licence had been suspended and told him to exit the vehicle.
Baldwin, according to the accusation, slammed into a restaurant delivery man and a mother using a stroller for her 2-year-old daughter. The three were all severely hurt. This past Wednesday, August 17th, Baldwin was arraigned on 17 charges, including first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child.
I do want to remind everyone he is presumed innocent and there is more to this story than the NYPD’s account,” defence attorney Ken Belkin told. In the words of my attorney: “My client is a good man who has never been in trouble before.”
If he is found guilty, Baldwin may spend the next 25 years in prison.
