Atomic Heart: How to Skip the Intro Sequence
Atomic Heart has a long prologue that some players may wish they could bypass in order to get to the meat of the game sooner. Such hopes have, to some extent, been realised. Here’s how you may quickly cut through Atomic Heart’s prologue.
Atomic Heart: How to Skip the Intro Sequence
Given that modifications are required to bypass the intro in Atomic Heart, this strategy is PC-exclusive.
The Skip Intro – Pass Thru Comrade mod, developed by Nexus Mods user 3anglevision, is available for usage on personal computers. You may install the mod by downloading the.zip file, extracting its contents, and then putting the individual files into the Atomic HeartContentAtomicHeartContentMovies folder. In order for the mod to function, you must agree to have the files in the Movies folder replaced when you place them there.
As the process just entails swapping out files that would normally initiate the game’s introduction sequence, a dedicated Mod Manager isn’t required, unlike with some other modifications.
The answer to this question is somewhat of yes and sort of no. With the above mod information, it should come as no surprise that PC users may bypass the Atomic Heart entrance sequence.
While starting a new game on console, everyone must sit through the opening sequence. This isn’t to say that Mundfish won’t include a mechanism to bypass it in the future, but as of right now, there is no in-game setting that allows you to do so.
