Apple reportedly planning to launch new AirPods Pro for its upcoming Launch Event
Following a well-known tip from Apple Tipster Marck Gurman, who reportedly states that the upcoming launch event, the Far Out Launch, where we will see Apple launching its new set of iPhone lineups for this year, will also include the launch of the new refreshed models of its AirPods lineup, which will be named “Airpods Pro 2,” Many of these rumors concerning these new headphones were circulating before the unveiling event itself. If you’re an Apple enthusiast, be sure to read the rest of this article to learn more about what the company is likely to provide.
Apple is gradually improving its earbud offerings to make them more competitive and high-quality. If the Gurman’s Power On newsletter’s reports is to be believed, Apple’s new incoming AirPods will be improved versions of the previous generation AirPods released in October 2019. In the past, we even made the wild assumption that the 2022 AirPods would succeed this 2019 model, and so far, that prediction appears to be accurate. Apple has not, however, made its plans official.
Now that we’re talking about the upcoming AirPods Pro 2, there are a lot of anticipated specifications for these earbuds. Now let’s talk about the features that we expect from these new AirPods. Therefore, it is abundantly evident from numerous rumors that Apple will make notable changes to its future earbuds this year. It now has an entirely new H1 CPU that Apple designed, which is one of the key changes. Because of this new processing, the new earbuds will be able to play music with better vocals and beats.
Additionally, Apple will upgrade the sound quality of its AirPods using its Lossless Audio Codec (ALAC). For those who are unaware, Ape’s new codec is primarily used to eliminate the requirement for Bluetooth connectivity in some ways or to enable compatibility for Bluetooth 5.2, which the LC3 codec uses to transfer audio more effectively. Along with a charging case that makes a sound when located using Apple’s Find My app, the AirPods Pro 2 might also have an in-ear wing tip design similar to what we saw on the Beats Fit Pro.
