Andrew Tate’s collection of expensive Car is seized by Romanian authorities
Andrew Tate is currently being held in a Romanian jail centre after being arrested on charges of people trafficking. Authorities there have seized his 11 high-end automobiles on the assumption that he purchased them with money obtained through unlawful means.
The incredibly popular social media figure was arrested in Romania last week and is expected to remain in jail for another three weeks if his appeal is unsuccessful. Along with at least three others (including his brother Tristan, who is also in custody), he is accused of using the promise of a romantic relationship to coerce multiple women into engaging in pornographic actions for the benefit of the alleged perpetrators. Andrew Tate’s arrest on charges of sexually exploiting women after a year in which he gained huge fame due to his radical views on relationships. However, his provocative opinions were not confined to women.
Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin are among the seized premium vehicles. It was confirmed by the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism that the vehicles had been seized, and it was also mentioned that they could be used as collateral to help pay compensation for the victims of the alleged crimes.
In reaction to Greta Thunberg’s insult of Andrew Tate in a reply to his puzzling tweet, a popular Twitter user disseminated the idea that the Tates’ arrest was the result of authorities being tipped off that Tate was in Romania after seeing a pizza box from a Romanian pizzeria in a video response. Authorities have shot down the rumour, saying they knew where Tate was without any such cheap help.
Attorney Eugen Vidineac said,“We are not at a stage where guilt or innocence is proven. For now, we only discuss preventive measures.”
