“All of Us Are Dead – Netflix’s Korean Horror Drama will be Renewed for a second season”
During the first day of Netflix’s Geeked Week 2022, the streaming service finally announced that All of Us Are Dead, a South Korean coming-of-age horror drama, will be renewed for a second season. The renewal comes nearly four months after the popular series premiered its 12-episode first season, which took viewers on an explosive and action-packed emotional rollercoaster.
In its first ten days, the series racked up more than 360 million viewing hours, and it has also made Netflix’s top ten list in 91 countries.
All of Us Are Dead: Synopsis
All of Us Are Dead is based on Joo Dong-popular Geun’s 2009 Webtoon digital comic about a group of kids locked in a high school who find themselves in desperate situations while trying to be rescued from a zombie invasion. With a story of courageous teens who manage to discover love and friendship even in the midst of a zombie apocalypse, it is destined to open up an entirely new chapter in the history of zombies.

Cheong-san is played by Yoon Chan-Yeong (Mama), On-jo is played by Park Ji-Hu (House of Hummingbird), Nam-ra is played by Cho Yi-Hyun (Metamorphosis), Su-hyeok is played by Lomon (Bleak Night), and Gwi-nam is played by Yoo In-Soo (School 2017). Lee Yoo-Mi and Lim Jae-hyeok will be joining them.

Lee JQ (Beethoven Virus, Intimate Strangers) and Kim Nam-Su co-directed the first season of All of Us Are Dead, which was based on a storyline by Chun Sung-Il. Film Monster, a division of JTBC Studios, is behind it.
