Alexa Mansour has been officially announced as the latest addition to Avalon
The newest cast member of Avalon, ABC’s upcoming drama series, is Alexa Mansour. Following the success of Bosch and Bosch: Legacy, Michael Connelly has cast Mansour alongside Neve Campbell, Steven Pasquale, and Roslyn Ruff in his latest TV project. Avalon will star a group of law enforcement professionals who work in the fictional town of Avalon, located in the heart of a bustling tourist area on Catalina Island, California. Nicole “Nic” Searcy (Neve Campbell), a sheriff’s detective, will lead the investigation into what has been called “a career-defining mystery.” This will cause Nicole to rethink everything she believes about life and the world.
In order to stop a mysterious catastrophe from befalling her community of Avalon, Nicole will need the help of Detective William Claywood (Steven Pasquale) and Police Dispatcher Leah (Roslyn Ruff). Alexa Mansour has been cast as Deputy Carolyn Chavez on the ABC drama series Avalon. Chavez is characterized as having a positive outlook on life and a great sense of humor. According to Deadline, Carolyn “loves everything about living on the island,” including her job, her boss, and the island itself. When she was young and was left to her own devices, she found her own way.
Alexa Mansour’s acting resume includes roles such as Hope Bennett in The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020) and Emma “Emmanence” Resnick in Players, in addition to her future role in Avalon (2022). In addition to her roles as Emma in Home Before Dark (2021) and Erica Dunne in Unfriended: Dark Web (2018), she has also co-starred with Roslyn Ruff, another member of the Avalon cast, in Madam Secretary (2019).
Michael Connelly, author of the lauded Harry Bosch mystery series and the linked Lincoln Lawyer series, has released his latest work, Avalon. Connelly has directed two TV versions of his novels: Bosch (2014) and Bosch: Legacy (2022), both available on Amazon Prime Video; and The Lincoln Lawyer (2022), available on Netflix and starring Neve Campbell (of Avalon).
On Avalon, Michael Connelly will join Fineman Productions’ David E. Kelley, Dana Calvo, and Ross Fineman as executive producers. Avalon will air on ABC. It will be made by A+E Studios, DEK Productions, and 20th Century Television, and Barry Jossen and Tana Jamieson will be the show’s executive producers.
