$502 Million Jackpot – Powerball winning numbers for 23rd January 2023

Another shot at the massive Powerball jackpot will present itself tonight, Monday, January 23rd, 2023, at 10:59 p.m.

Tonight’s Powerball jackpot is a whopping $502 million, but only $271.1 million in cold hard cash.

The winning numbers for the draw held on January 23, 2023

Now that the Powerball numbers have been announced, we hope you’ll double-check your tickets to make sure they match up with the sequence.

    The winning numbers are: 12 – 31 – 47 – 58 and 60
    The Powerball was: 23
The Power Play multiplier digit was 3 X

    A Guide to Winning Powerball

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night at 10:59 p.m. EDT, the Powerball is selected, giving you three chances to win each week.

Each rollover increases the size of the multimillion-dollar prize, and tickets cost only $2 or $3.

Powerball tickets cost $2 each, whereas Powerball + Power Play tickets cost $3, Powerball + Double Play tickets cost $4, and Powerball L tickets cost $6 each.

A ticket can be bought from a vendor. There are five separate sections, labelled A through E, on each ticket.

There is a geographical restriction on Powerball participation: residents of the states of Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah cannot participate. Residents of the remaining 45 states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, are encouraged to take part.
